Prince William County’s Transformation Management Office, or TMO, is proud to announce the launch of its new podcast, Innovate & Elevate: A TMO Podcast—a behind-the-scenes look at how the county is evolving to better serve residents and businesses through forward-thinking initiatives and transformative improvements.
Each episode of Innovate & Elevate explores the innovative programs, process improvements and bold ideas that are reshaping how the county delivers services. Listeners will gain exclusive insight into the strategies and stories behind the county’s most impactful changes—directly from the people making it happen.
“The Transformation Management Office is critical to driving and supporting innovation across the organization,” said County Executive Chris Shorter. “By highlighting these efforts through the Innovate & Elevate podcast, we’re showcasing the creativity, collaboration and commitment of our employees who are working every day to build a more responsive, effective government for our residents.”
“The goal of this podcast is to connect our employees, partners and residents to the innovation that’s actively reshaping our government,” said Lisa Madron, the county’s Chief Transformation Officer and director of the Transformation Management Office. “We’re not just talking about change—we’re living it, and this platform gives voice to the individuals who are leading that charge every day.”
The debut episode, now live, spotlights the TMO’s initiative to reenergize volunteerism through the creation of the Volunteer Summit—a collaborative effort with more than 70 community partners aimed at revitalizing service and strengthening the county’s ability to meet resident needs.
Listeners can tune in to Innovate & Elevate on the Prince William County YouTube Channel, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon and Audible.
