The Prince William County Office of Procurement Services received the 2025 Annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement, or AEP, from the National Procurement Institute, Inc. The award recognizes public agencies that demonstrate excellence in procurement by embracing innovation, professionalism, productivity, leadership and a commitment to e-procurement.
Prince William County was one of only 48 counties in the country to receive this prestigious award for 2025, reflecting the county's commitment to high standards and best practices in public procurement.
“The AEP award reflects our dedication to delivering quality procurement services for county government,” said Shana Terry, Chief Procurement Officer/Director. “This recognition underscores our commitment to value, transparency and strategic impact across the county. I am honored that we received this distinguished award and excited to build on this success as we advance our commitment to procurement excellence.”
