Open Enrollment – May 19-31, 2025

Open Enrollment is the only time of the year employees may change plans, add coverage, or drop coverage without a qualifying life event.  It is also the only time they may add or drop dependents (spouse or children up to age 26) without a qualifying life event.

• Medical, Dental, Vision Plans: No change needed to keep the same plan and same covered family members.
• Be sure to submit dependent verification document if adding a family member to coverage - upload to Mobius.
• Flex Spending Accounts: You must re-elect to make contributions for the new plan year.  

All elections are made in Mobius starting May 19th and must be completed by May 31,2025. 

Save/print your Mobius election confirmation statement.  Your confirmation statement is your only proof of enrollment/election change. The confirmation page populates on your screen immediately after your elections are submitted.  If you don't receive a confirmation, go back to your elections screen to be sure to submit your choices.

The start of the new fiscal year (July 1, 2024) will bring important changes to our employee benefits and leave programs. These updates reflect the county's commitment to supporting the health, wellness, and financial stability of our employees.  We believe these improvements will significantly benefit you and your families. Please take a moment to review the highlighted changes here. Most links will require employee access through SSO for the internal SharePoint PWConnects site.

Mobius Access

Mobius is the County's Finance, Budget, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Payroll system. Employees are able to access Mobius at any time and from any device. While Mobius will be accessible through any web browser, Google Chrome is the preferred browser for the best user experience. In addition, accessing Mobius will require the use of PWC’s multi-factor authentication to keep information secure. Training videos and other resources are available on PWC University through Mobius and through online job aids. Mobius is accessible at the weblink pwcva.gov/pwcmobius.
